Recycled HDPE

High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) is a very common polymer used for bottles, most notably the iconic milk jug.

Milk jugs and other recycled HDPE are recovered and produced into colored sheets. These sheets have similar properties to wood and can be cut using wood shaping tools. This material is known for its durability and is often used for outdoor furniture, outdoor kitchens, and marine equipment.

Cut. Route. Done.

To make the Atlas out of HDPE we CNC the shapes, round over the edges, and insert the hardware. There is no additional finishing needed, and we pass the savings onto you.
